Are you forced to surrender a ferret?

People surrender ferrets for a few reasons.  All too often, they see them in the pet stores all cute and fuzzy, but don't realize the time and expense they can be. The Broward Ferret Rescue and Referral sees this happen all to often, as we get these poor little critters dropped on our doorstep.

If you are no longer able to care for your ferret, contact the Broward Ferret Rescue and Referral. (see  below).

We have 40+ ferrets at the rescue at a time. We need to ensure that they all are up to date on their shots, so when we adopt them out, they are ready to go to a new home. We therefore require you to bring in a current vaccination from your vet. If you can not do this, then we will require a $25. fee so we can take them to the vet for updates.

Call Dona at: 954-977-4583 and leave a message. She will call you as soon as she can.
